Cancellation Policy
Kindly notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made on the same day will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file. Parking is available in the CVS parking lot or on the surrounding streets. Should the lot be full, you may find suitable parking on P Street or O Street. The entrance is shared with Tugooh Toys, which is located between P st and O st The access code for the keypad is 1426. I am situated on the second level, in the first door to the left. M Scrivner Hair Loft – Appointment Arrival Policy To ensure a smooth and timely experience for all clients, we kindly request that you plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in, consultations, and preparation, ensuring that your service can begin promptly and that we stay on schedule for the day. Arriving early helps us provide the best service possible and minimizes any disruptions to our schedule. Late Fee Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and I am still able to accommodate you, a $45 late fee will be added to your service total.
